• Sending receipts, order updates and pickup or delivery notifications.

Text messages

Phone numbers provided for text messaging are used only for verification and order-related notifications. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our SMS opt-in policy.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run the business — payment processing, email and text delivery, and shipping carriers — and where required by law.

Your choices

You can update your details from your account page, reply STOP to end text messages, or contact sales@elcorehardware.com to request deletion of your account data, subject to records we must retain for tax and accounting.
