Orders and pricing

Prices are shown to signed-in customers and may differ between retail, trade and VIP accounts. Prices, availability and tax are confirmed at checkout. We may cancel an order if a part is out of stock or a pricing error occurred.

Payment

Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. A receipt is emailed once payment is captured.

Shipping and pickup

Stocked parts ship on business days. Will-call pickups must be collected during posted office hours. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Returns

Unused parts in original condition may be returned within 30 days with the receipt. Special-order and cut-to-length items are non-returnable. Contact sales@elcorehardware.com to start a return.

Parts must be installed by a qualified technician. ELCORE is not liable for injury or damage resulting from improper installation or use.
