About us
Founded by a mom who decided America's garage doors deserved better.
ELCORE Garage Door Supply was founded by a 30-year-old woman, happily married and the proud mother of a little girl, who saw a simple problem nobody was solving well: American homeowners and the professionals who serve them were waiting far too long for the parts that keep their doors — and their days — moving.
Our story
Like every working parent, she knows what a broken garage door really means: a car stuck inside, a child late for school, a morning thrown off before it even starts. And she heard the same story from technicians again and again — a whole job on hold because one spring or one cable was out of stock.
So she decided to do something about it. Together with her husband, she built ELCORE from the ground up with one promise: the right part, in stock, at a fair price, with an honest answer every time you call. No middle layer, no runaround — when you reach ELCORE, you reach a family that owns the business and stands behind every part.
Today ELCORE serves garage door professionals and homeowners across the country from our warehouse in Norcross, Georgia. Every part we list is one we would put on our own home's door — because our family's mornings depend on it too.
"I built ELCORE so no family has to wait days for a door that should be fixed today — and so every pro has a supplier who actually picks up the phone."
Our signature part
The Circle Spring — with the red cone
We specialise in garage door springs, and the Circle Spring is the one we are known for. You will recognise it instantly by the red cone on the end: our own colour mark, so anyone standing under the door can tell at a glance that the spring was installed by a professional using a part that was wound, sized and tested to spec.

Wound to spec
Wire size, inside diameter and length matched to the door — not a close-enough substitute.
Red cone identity
The red cone marks a genuine Circle Spring, so a follow-up service call is never a guessing game.
High-cycle options
Standard and high-cycle builds for doors that open and close all day long.
Matched hardware
Cables, drums, bearings and shafts sized to the spring, shipped together.
What we stand for
Everything for the door
Springs, cables, drums, rollers, tracks, hinges, brackets, operators and remotes.
Trade-first service
Wholesale tiers, price agreements and will-call pickup for contractors.
Straight answers
Tell us the door and we will tell you the part — even if it is a cheaper one.
